Are my drawings and projects kept confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is part of our standard operating procedures. We can operate under NDA (France or international) and strictly limit the distribution of plans and technical data to only those who need it. When needed, certain sensitive information can be anonymized during supplier consultations.
What are your response and delivery lead times?
Each request receives a rapid initial response, typically within 48 hours. After technical analysis, we provide you with a realistic fabrication and delivery timeframe based on project complexity, volumes, materials, and the production location selected.
How do you guarantee the quality of manufactured parts?
Quality is managed at every step: rigorous manufacturer selection, production monitoring, and appropriate inspections before shipment. Based on your project requirements, parts can also undergo a second verification upon receipt before final delivery. MP Industrie secures the final result, not just the order.
